You are going to do a simulation based on the Let's Make a Deal game show. You will go to The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives. It has a game called Stick or Switch that is a perfect simulation of the real game in that it allows you to pick a door, see what is behind it, and then choose to stick or switch. In years past, I have had students play the game a set number of times on their own computers and keep track of wins and losses as they go. At the end of the lesson, we then pool the data so that they can find out what the experimental probability of each outcome is.
